Our commitment to the environment -

Only compostable food containers are allowed for selling food at the Expo. Instead of disposable cutlery, we offer stainless steel cutlery which we can wash and reuse. All our stall holders have agreed to minimise waste and we will have full recycling facilities on site.

Of course, plant based cuisine has the lowest environmental impact when compared with any other diet!
